wooden is the operative word. great way to describe it. But that Anakin actor is the worst I've ever seen. Possibly the worst actor ever. Can you imagine how cool it would be to see the character's fall to the dark side played by a good actor?Originally posted by shawnmmcc
yes, it was - as in AOTC had absolutely zero chemistry between the actors, the script and actions of the main protaginists is wooden, and oh heck if you have to ask you really need to rewatch both of them.
Occasionally ROTJ could get wooden. I can think of a few instances. Esp. with Harrison Ford- but that is Ford's style

The fall to the darkside is the part I most looked forward to. And I was very disappointed

To me, the next film will be good for the same reason that ROTJ was good, the plotline is that powerfull even George Lucas can't make a bad film out of it.

No, it wasn't. I consider AOTC to be just a smidge under ANH. I love the people who say the acting was wooden in the prequals... HELLO?
