                                Kaliningrad it is, formerly Königsberg, of the Russian Federation.

                                The picture shows the Old Town Quarter, which was completely destroyed during World War II. Only the cathedral in the background has been rebuilt. The cathedral is named after German philosopher Immanuel Kant, who was a native of the city.
