Well as new Attorney General I pledge (with President Spiffor's approval of course) the following actions:
Criminal trials for all detainees at Guiantonomo Bay and the recommendation we cease this "military combatant" silliness.
I will no longer enforce federal anti-marijuana laws on states that choose to enact liberalized policies toward the drug.
I will take a very serious look at the Patriot Act and recommend changes to the more onerous provisions that affect civil liberties. Information sharing aspects are supported.
I will encourage strict enforcement of Civil Rights laws, and recommend additional language to cover discrimination based on age be enacted.
I will instruct federal prosecutors to no longer seek the death penalty in federal trials.
And finally... keeping with Vice President Ted Striker's campaign slogan of "I'd Hit It
" I will uncover the statue.
