        although i make the distinction between stalinism, the evil that ruined nkorea, and communism, the ideal that has never been reached, communism has no appeal to me. on the other hand, as inconsistent as libertarianism can be, it's ideal is more compelling to me.

        besides, i've always been more a self-described moderate, and i'd like to think most of my viewpoints are moderate. except when it comes to bush, at which point i've been informed that i'm a traitor.
