And yet, his annalysis of the news is far more incisive, and what he said on the clips is utterly true-crossfire is nothing but political theater, not actual discussionj nor debate- its not meant to convince anyone of anything.

As for him being partisan- as he said, mock the ones in power.

And you'll be saying the same about Stewart in a few years .

Stewart mocked Clinton plenty when he was President. Its hard to resist going after Bush a lot since he provides such good material...

Look who is into making stupid predictions: almost like a Sox fan.

Did you see his coverage of the democratic convention? And after the vce presidential debates, he pointed out Edwards talking about Cheney's gay daughter- and his depiction of Edwards and Cheney? Neither came out well.

I also love his whole, lets dig for actual film footage utterly contradicting what you just said style.

Yeah I loved his old "Cheney lies" clip. Those are some of my favorite parts.

Wish the mainstream news did the same, oh well at least they hit Bush on his third debate lie on Bin Ladin.

Just saw the clips... what an ******* Stewart is. Well, I won't be watching his show anymore (not that I had in the last year as he became more and more Democrat man - he may have poked fun at Clinton but his attacks on Republicans in the past year or so have almost been vicious).

I hate Kerry and I hate Bush, and I think he's right on the money.

Of course he's probably more harsh on Bush than Clinton -- Bush has clearly ****ed up more spectacularly.

The worst Clinton did was lie about getting head, whereas Bush is responsible for illegal invasions. Go figure that swipes at Clinton's sex life are not as "vicious" as swipes at Bush lying to the country to push a personal agenda, at the expense of many thousands of lives.

For the record, even my dad finds Jon Stewart very funny and watches his show, and he's quite a conversative oilman who very much disagrees with his politics.

As someone who watches the show daily, I don't see what you're talking about to the extent you're talking about...

That's nice for your dad, but I'm finding Stewart to be reading too much of his good press and thinking way too highly of himself, like he needs to act for change or something. Bleh

                              Crossfire is a great show!
I kind of liked it better back when Press and Buchanan were on. I sort of like Carlson but they could do without the others on there especially Carville.
