There's a book that I was looking at in the bookstore about this. I didn't buy it, and I don't remember the name. I did read a little bit though.

The theme was that America should increase the cost of terrorism and decrease the benefits. It suggested things like not building skycrapers.

I don't think America is going to do that kind of thing. I think they are going to use terrorism to their advantage and do things like attack Iraq.

It did not from the beginning, even if you President told you it did. But it does now, as it's the cause for the great boom in both global terrorism and domestic Iraqi terrorism we have seen after the invasion. And some guys in your government still call Iraqi resistance terrorists, even those who strictly attack military targets.
