You quote has absolutely nothing to say about Mondale lowering taxes on the middle class and lower class. It just says that Mondale wanted to raise taxes in order to lower the deficit. Where is the lower taxes in Mondale's proposal?

And besides, a quote of an opponent is supposed to be taken as total fact?

You continually point to President Kennedy's lowering of taxes and he was a Democrat that promised to. Nixon definetly did not lower taxes. Neither did Bush, Sr. Who are these 'most Republicans'?
