So why do you instictively come to the defense of John Kerry when the question of fraudulent war records come up?
Just because Kerry's name is mentioned numerous times in Coulter's rant which is the entire first post in this thread, he's obviously wearing a Freudian slip when posting a response that mentions Kerry.

Is the worst thing Bush supporters can say about Kerry that he lied 30 years ago, even when the opposition can make a pretty good case about how Bush lied about Iraq?

Well, there is the part about how he's the anti-Christ, but they're holding that for the week before the election.

You know, the press has a double standard here. In 1996, members of the press went after Dole's combat record and openly questioned HIS purple hearts.

And, another good example of press double-standard is the anal exam they have given Bush's record during Vietnam.

Proof? I very much doubt that the press criticized Dole's combat record anywhere close to as much as the press is criticizing Kerry's combat record. And I'm absolutely certain that the Clinton campaign didn't try to smear Dole's war record.

Why of course. After he left, every hut was burnt, all the animals were dead and all villagers he encountered were dead or homeless.

I'll get a link later. But you are probably right about Clinton. But, this implies that Bush is doing this to Kerry. Bush has nothing to do with this. The veterans he betrayed and his fellows in Vietnam he smeared in his reports and books are doing this to him.

Have you ever heard about Kerry's first book?

                          You will.

Ned, wrong thread! Hha No it's ok. I have no regrets. I just have to be more funnier to get laid. And being funnier is better.

Are you quite sure you want to be investigating what kind of aeroplane Bushbaby trained in and for, and what the chances were of his being deployed?

Odds are, you won't like what you find.

But you'll excuse it, because Bushbaby is a Republican, and Republicans (viz., Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, George Bush Sr.) like George Washington in the fable, cannot tell a lie.

They can mislead Congress, sanction war crimes, have harbours of countries illegally mined, support terrorist organisations, pretend they filmed the death camps in WWII, say they were in Nicaragua when they weren't, have illegal wiretaps put on domestic opponents' telephones, but tell a real, honest to goodness LIE?

Well, it wouldn't be honourable, would it Ned?
