True story, my father tried to name me "Blade" and was going to name my brother "Killer" (he was a James Dean greaser type in those days). My mother of course would have none of it, so it never happened.
My sons, for reference, are Braden and Declan (Pronounced 'BRAY-den' and 'DEK-lan'). Common names in the British Isles but fairly rare in the US here.
