      I see nothing in the rules stipulating that. After all, were that the case, someone traveling with their laptop could be anywhere.

            Hmm, I'm on vacation so I guess I could do a roadtrip logon from a bunch of different states and vote all of them for Bush. According to mm's rules.

                Come to think of it, there was no rule about only voting once. So, on my cross country trek next week, guess I can log in on the road! Kerry will carry PA, OH, IN, IL, WI, MN, SD, WY, ID and OR!

                  Nah, it was made that way after I wanted to switch a vote to VA (where I'll be in November) to block a Kerry vote instead of a Bush vote. Now that Ramo is voting for Badnarik in Texas too though, I'm glad I didn't switch
