Treasury bonds. And the NEA doesn't come anywhere close to the cost of this boondoggle.

        Treasury bonds.

That's not quite the same. It's a loan you have against the federal government, not really investing in its future. For example, when the government does well you don't get more money from you bonds .

And the NEA doesn't come anywhere close to the cost of this boondoggle.

This 'boondoggle' is much more useful than anything that has come from the NEA.

considering there are 2 countries in the Axis of evil that have nukes (N. Korea and Iran) maybe this isn't a bad idea.

But I have my doubts whether this this thing will work. ICBM"s travel so fast and so high. It's more difficult than hitting a speeding bullet.

What's the company that's making these? I wanna invest so at least I can get some of my wasted tax dollars back.
                      Raytheon, right?

                      At least partially?

Yup. We sure will be safe from all those suitcase nukes that will get shot down by this Shield.

                          True.

However you can transport a nuclear device in a car.

                              Why would you bother...?

You have to get it across an ocean first anyway.

Or, transport it to Mexico or Central America, then bring it up through the border.
