    As you know, the wife and I got married last year. Now comes the wedding for the family. Despite a much diminished wallet, we're still going through with this. *sigh*

    The event will be in Chicago, Saturday, July 10.

    There are two events to which you peeps are invited.

    The bachelor party (Thursday) and the after party after the rehersal dinner (Friday).

    The BP will be at the strip club formerly known as Crazy Horse, now known as VIP (vipchicago.com). The location is 1531 N. Kingsbury, near the intersections of Halstead and North in Chicago (slightly to the west).

    The after-rehersal dinner party will be at a alterno-club called Delilah's, just south of Diversey on Lincoln Ave. We used to live kitty-corner and for a few years we went there all the time. http://www.planet99.com/chicago/bars/236.html

    If you can make it, I'd like you to come.

          Ouch.

          Can't travel abroad yet (first year in the army). Plus wouldn't want to make certain people nervous.

          I wish you luck in producing the event - I hope it'll be amazing (but well budgeted ).

                        I have already taken enough time off this summer from my responsibilities -- I need to work my ass off the rest of this summer, so I cannot be there.

                        In fact, one of my friends invited me to go with him to St. Louis Six Flags but I already went to the one near Chicago with another friend -- so I'm turning down this second trip -- NO MORE BREAKS FOR ME THIS SUMMER.
