I'll handle this one as I routinely sacrifice things to higher powers in order to do stuff, like get myself removed from mailing lists.

Minimum you want is lamb. Anything below lamb and you've just got a puddle of blood to clear up. To really contact the big boys however, try a nice fawn or sacred cow. If you can get your hands on a local virgin and some cerimonial knives and are patient enough to wait for a full moon, you should be able to awaken some dark Lovecraftian edritch entity that sleeps within the bowels of the earth.

Or, alternatively, I'll go through my little black book and find you it's number.
Exult in your existence, because that very process has blundered unwittingly on its own negation. Only a small, local negation, to be sure: only one species, and only a minority of that species; but there lies hope. [...] Stand tall, Bipedal Ape. The shark may outswim you, the cheetah outrun you, the swift outfly you, the capuchin outclimb you, the elephant outpower you, the redwood outlast you. But you have the biggest gifts of all: the gift of understanding the ruthlessly cruel process that gave us all existence [and the] gift of revulsion against its implications.

          LETC,

I have been told that Costa Rica is great destination for purchasing property/home for a summer home/ultimate retirement destination. I have an opportunity to buy a decent property now, but I'm wondering if this idea makes sense since retirement is so many years away and I'm not eager to handle two mortgages.

Your thoughts about the feasibility of an American retiring to Costa Rica? This is a serious question.

          Thank you.

Not uncommon. Many americans choose to retire abroad because they can get advantage of exchange rates and costs.
If you're not eager to handle the mortgage of a home you will not be enjoying just yet, why not setup a reasonable amount in a retirement fund and later find something you can set your heart into?
