Texas's home park increased runs scored by about 10% (really, it increased the whole team's RS by 10%; the Ballpark increases RS by 20%, but the Rangers play only half their games there). It's not Coors Field, but 10% is a heck of a lot.
That doesn't make Palmeiro mediocre, of course, since he'd probably hit "only" 30+ HR park-adjusted...Comment
