And before anyone starts yelling crap about bodybuilding, read the program again. I lift ONLY 3 times a week, that's not much. But that's because I'm not very small to begin with, so I'm not trying to get bigger. I'm not trying to get smaller either. I do mostly cardio, very much of it, but I enjoy it and it makes me feel good, plus it makes me look healthy and think clearly.
And frankly, for the most of you I don't understand the way you treat your vessel where you're supposed to live your whole life. Eating and drinking poison, not moving, and in late 30s looking like that, and not like 29

Plus I tend to get flabby quite soon if I don't do good work outs.. I like eating pretty much a lot.
