        yeah, in different pics, it goes to a half-man, half-lion, to a full lion, to a big pitted rock. haha

        on that site the pic was on, I assume you've heard of it, enterprisemission.com , they think that its more reflective than a normal rock should be, or something. Aha, its metal and "man" made!

          Good job, NASA. Though things are moving depressingly slowly. I know they need to be careful, but damn, it's taking forever.

          The ESA probe (or rather, the British probe, the ESA mission was an orbiter, and they agreed to tack on the probe later) may not have been a screwup (ala the metric vs. english measurement screwup NASA made) at all. Mars has eaten about half of all missions sent there. It's just really hard to do.
