I'm actually using Firebird, but it annoys me to no end when evangelists run around blindly telling people what they "should" use...
I suppse you should be the first person to practice what you preach.

I don't run around telling people to use Windows, I just point and laugh at people every time we have a "I'm switching to Linux" thread, because I know they'll switch back after a week or two. They always do...

People should use what they like and are comfortable with, with the exception of Apple which no one should use. I use Apache, not IIS. I use MySQL, not SQL Server. I use PHP, not ASP. I use Firebird, not Internet Explorer.

But at the same time, I use Outlook 2003, not Eudora/Thunderbird/etc. I use Visual Studio, not MingGW or Borland or something else. I use Windows, not Linux.

Linux "enthusiasts" love to call me a MS Apologist because it's that much more convenient for them to avoid the argument. Something you've become quite accustomed to, I may add. One or two posts into a debate and you abandon the thread. I suppose I should give you credit for realizing when you've lost.

            I use what I've got.

It's really annoying, I have to restart the page for like every thread I'm checking.
              Anyone else have this problem?
I have not had this problem -- it must only happen to losers.
