    stuffed turkey, melomakarona, kourabiedes -those are sweets- are some of the foods. generally lots of foods. st Basil's pie (with the lucky coin) at new years eve etc the whole country exits christmas at least some kilos fatter. tradition.

        There is no better seafood than Coquilles Saint Jacques ,

        Hmmm,

        Marinated(raw) on a little green salad with Flakes of foix grass and beef carpaccio.

        And use the orangy bit !!!! Americans hardly ever will, imagine that. It's the best bit even if it is just seed.

          Varies greatly- I have had turkey only a very few times..mainly pork products, like Hams or slow roadt pork shoulder, which is traditional in Latin America, at least Caribbean.
