Girly Quizzes and relevant java (?) scripting

I need to plagiarize the standard frame of a (now non java based) "which stupid quiz are you?" quiz. One which has several questions, with several possible answers to each question - and then a number of outcomes (which I've already constructed, visually) which follow accord to chosen values set for each answer.
