No nation, NOT even taiwan has a two China policy- the Taiwanese constitution would have to be changed for even them to have a two China policy.
The referendum is a totally politically driven one..honestly, how many people are going to say "no, keep the missiles aimed at us, please"? This is the sort of stupid question you could ask anywhere.
