It snowed here where I live in korea sometime during the night last night. A good 3 inches or so. It's really beautiful . . .

I live in Las Vegas. On the east side of town as well (which is lower elevation than the west side of town). Occasionally the west side of town gets a dusting- but it never sticks to the asphalt and cement- only to dirt, and vegetation sometimes. And even then it is very, very thin. It hasn't snowed and stuck on the east side of town in many, many years. But Mt. Charleston will accumulate a decent amount of snow.
