And speaking of rugby, J. Wilkinson has aggravated his shoulder injury and could be in doubt for the 6 Nations. No Wilko, no Tindall. Now all we need is for J****'s jaw to develop dry rot and Tamerlin's mob of poules could be in with a chance." ... and the following morning I should see the Boks wallop the Wallabies again?" - Havak

By that I take it that Mrs. Finbar does not read what you post then.
By the way Finbar, I have ordered le petit ophrys to the bookshop Ombre Blanche, I will know saturday if they can have it or not... I will let you know.
Colomiers Rugby 6 - Castres Olympique 12
A sad game played under a heavy rain (and even a hailstorm before the game), on a field changed into a pool of mud and with a bad referee. It could have been a better game with a better weather as the two teams tried to play but gave away too many fools with such a slippery.
The Stade Toulousain is playing tomorrow and I really hope the conditions will be better.
Flipside, if you want to know what Finbar and I are speaking of when we are talking about bloody things visit this website :

I would prefer the French squad to crush a full strength English team.Clash of Civilization team member
(a civ-like game whose goal is low micromanagement and good AI)

Personally I felt that the last game between the sides was determined by the greater control of the English forwards, the nerves of Michalak, and the superior kicking of the English.

Havak, tell the Sieur Finbar we are not talking about poules but about Coqs... there are big differences.

We'll take what we have. The last match was more lost by the French indiscipline and inability to adapt under the rain than to the presence of one or another player in the English team anyway.I agree. The French made it much easier for England than they should have.

you can't beat the memories you gave-a me)
Take one fresh and tender kiss
Add one stolen night of bliss
One girl, one boy
Some grief, some joy
Memories are made of this
Don't forget a small moonbeam
Fold in lightly with a dream
Your lips and mine
Two sips of wine
Memories are made of this
Then add the wedding bells
One house where lovers dwell
Three little kids for the flavour
Stir carefully through the days
See how the flavour stays
These are the dreams you'll savour
With His blessings from above
Serve it generously with love
One man, one wife
One love through life
