            Castro has no bling bling. And while he may direct the economic resources, he doesn't own them. Plutocracy is rule by the rich. Castro is barely middle class by Cuban standards.

                          A plutocracy is rule of the wealthy, correct? So, even though in our society the wealthy may wield vast political influence, they do NOT rule, and therefore we are not a plutocracy.

                          In fact, I'd bet you would be hard-pressed to find a SINGLE example of a true plutocracy.
