save it to your hard drive and then go to the control panel. At the control panel select the custom avatar and then upload the file.

Tobad it's to big for CG. Still you could always shrink it.

Just copy the picture as any other picture (i.e. right-click, "save picture as") and add it in your profile.

The pic will show just ok when you display it on a web page. In windows, it only shows the first frame.

You need it to be GIF to have animated effects.
