                  Yes they are in Afganistan unfortunately. Entertainment like the 9/11 is hard to come by though granded but trilogies are in fashion these days. I'll be sure to buy popcorn just in case.

                        AFAIK this is an incorrect reading of delegated authority, which was actually much more restricted...

                              Yes there is no distinction. Hopefully the Iraqi resistance is making it easier for everyone to come back from Afganistan, except the US.
