its scientifically proven that alcohol is a poison. f-ing up your liver and all that... and your body re-acts to alcohol in the same manner it would re-act to a poison. really, it's a fact that alcohol is bad for the human body. That is why God (or some brilliant men) had the fore-sight to warn us to not drink.

b) So what? I'm out to have fun, not live as long as humanly possible
c) The big bro upstairs is with me on this one. Straight from the source. There are numerous references in the Bible to benefits of booze
d) You're still a dork

Drinking is a sin only if you are a follower of Satan's Prophet. At least that's what Pope Pious used to call Mohammed. Personally, I'm more inclined to follow Jesus's teachings of love & moderation then the words of a man who committed murder and pedophilia but that's just me.
Drinking is fine, remembers Jesus himself drank wine and told his followers that it would become his blood during the last supper, as long as it is not done gluttonously.
well it is organic made from such wholesome foods as grains or grapes so there's some good in alcohol. however, the fact still remains that your body treats it like a poison even if there's some good nutrients in it (which also exist in the foods that alcohol is derived from)

I thought the Quran was written in a few centuries, starting decades after Muhammad's death ?

Benefit isn't from eating what remains of the grains. Otherwise it'd be "a bowl of cornpops a day". It's from actual alcohol, and in red wine, tannin.

Actually, God's most recent thoughts on the subject come from yesterday, when He sent me an email telling me to drink up. Although I don't know why he also wanted me to enlarge my penis.

Wrong. It is merely the deranged rantings of a cultist. Think of it as a book written by a medieval version of David Korish. Of course the Bible and the Torah are both the rantings of religious zealots but the fact remains that Mohammed was more objectionable then most.
Nah, God latest update was actuallya few decades ago through a bloke by the name of L Ron Hubbard.

Does the average OTer murder people, order Jews who refuse to convert into slavery, or have sex with small children? I'm even leaving out the part where it is believed Mohammed was a drug addict.
Any sane person would find these actions to be horrible crimes yet muslims just expect us to ignore this and pretend Mohammed was "a great man". Sorry, I don't buy that. We are the product of our actions and Mohammed was a violent brutal killer.

Nah, just enslaved no matter what

Admittedly, that's one M seems to have reserved for himself, though I could be wrong

Never heard that one before, but it's quite possible.

Again, like I said: par for the course. God's a pretty nasty bugger when you get right down to it too...

Did you know that eggs are high in cholesterol, which kill more people per year than alcohol?
Did you know that the sun gives you cancer?
