I have a per peave about HANDSHAKES

I am speaking about when you as a human being, establish contact by extending a handshake and the other person flops out a frog-feeling handshake, most noticable as the old "wet-dish-rag" feeling.

I wish people would just state "I dont handshake" and I could accept that.

I was taught early to shake hands firmly, not breaking bones firmly but strong,confident and committed, stating "I too am glad to have this acquaintence" or "Have a good travel"

Being a Male or Female matters not, a strong,firm handshake can be administered by either sex.

That be one of my few pet peaves

I understand why some women have lame handshakes, they want to protect their hands. I suppose the same explanation can be extended to people who do delicate work with their hands.
