With a pint, its got to be dry roasted peanuts. To eat on their own, cashews.

Your average peanut is 50% fat. Its 'good' fat, but its still fat.

Cashews are good, as are pistachios. Peanuts, of course, are also on the list.

Walnuts are quite nice as well.

I mostly just like nuts in butter form.

Peanuts can be good, though - roasted, honey coated, chocolate... But it can be hard to find quaulity nuts. It's usually it's just some cheap crap with fake chocolate or sugar powder.

I also like trail mixes, especially ones with sesame sticks in them.


Oh, and thai peanut sauce for stir frys, of course.
