Well there's really not a "specific" attribute which makes it for me such as hair colour, colour of the eyes etc. For example coming to think about it, it has never really happened that I've dated a girl with jet black hair.
About young faces, well I'm in my 20's, I date girls of the same age, we are young, I think!
So it's not really any of those things, it's that certain "something" which can't be really defined (and cenrtiantly not in a foreign language ) and isn't really confined to any particular of those characteristics.
