Right. Civil child molestation is much different from criminal child molestation. For one thing criminal child molestation is much more criminal-like, while civil child molestation is at least civil. You know, we should ll try to act civil, so I guess that goes for child molesters too. The prosecuters didn't even try. This is a serious crime. Regardless of the outcome of a civil suit. the D.A. has an obligation and civil duty to prosecture anyone who has broken the law.Comment
