It had one of the best trailers I've seen in a few years (well, I do have a two year-old, so it's not like I've been seeing a lot of trailers) and I plan on seeing it this weekend. It apparently is getting rave reviews from pretty much everybody, from Roger Ebert to CNN. I'll let y'all know how it stacks up tomorrow.

Eh, give it a shot. It's not often you have a big screen, pretty historically-accurate movie about life in the British Navy in the Napoleanic wars that is also being applauded for not forgetting character development. Everything I've heard and seen says that this is a quality movie.
It's why I went to go see Luther about a month ago - I never dreamed that I'd see a biopic on his life, not in this secular age, not on the big screen.Comment
