He has had not (yet) been charged with descerating a corpse or tammering with evidence, which may be done sone. He is still charge with flight to avoid prosecution, and is not going anywhere, while they prosecute that and looked at other charges not bared by jeopardy in the murder case. The murder case apparently turned on the flood of evidence that the dead man was a habitualy aggressor in fights., including with Durst.Originally posted by The diplomat
