  • I hate germs!

I've had at least a low-grade cold pretty much continuosly since the beginning of October. Just in the last few hours I've gotten hit with an ear ache bad enough that I've given up on sleeping and am currently wimpering in front of the computer at almost 5 AM. I just took some pills, is there anything at all I can do to make it hurt less so I can get some sleep before the doctors open here?

whenever I have a cold and it starts getting really bad I know it's just the beginning of the end.

Hope its the same for you (that it ends soon anyway)

Lots of vitimen C should have been taken as soon as you had the first symptums. Now it's to late. Since you're in Asia where drugs can be bought without a perscriptionI suggest going to a pharmacy and buying oxicotin and antibiotics. The first is a pain killer and the second is to deal with the ear infection.

If you don't like ear canal germs I can borrow you some tear ducts ones
I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

quack said I have an aggravated acute middle ear infection in one ear and a cronic outher ear infection in both ears. he used a think that looked like a mini dentist spray to clean out one ear that felt a bit like being gnawed at by gerbils.

Anyway, I'm on sime nice strong perscription painkillers now (I don't know what they are, but damn do they work) and my boss acted as if I was asking to drink the blood of his firstborn when I told him I was taking a sick day. Bastard.

you should have went in, picked out some ear wax, held out your finger to him and ask him in a serious way. "Want some?"

That's the catch-22. You're required to contact work to tell them you're sick, but they assume that if you well enough to talk you're well enough to take symptom suppressors and work. That's how us boss-types think.

Only the left ear hurts (and for a while was making me hear strange beeping noices) the right one just feels a bit funky.
I get ear infections EVERY year, although not one this bad for 4 years. At least this isn't as bad as the time when I was a kid when I had to get my eardrum piecered to relieve pressure so it wouldn't burst. My ears must be absolutely idea breeding ground for germs.

Well the ear specialist guy cleaned out all the ear wax with his Spray Nozzle Torture From Hell.

And the pain killer is still going strong, I love this stuff!

You got holes in your eardrums? Eh, wouldn't that make you dumb?

This won't help you know, but I believe in mind over matter.

I believe I won't get sick, and I never get sick.

I haven't had a cold in many, many years. At least 5 years.
