    I hate MSN Messenger!

    What kind of thing is this supposed to be?


    You can chat with your friends but you can't chat with common people because chat servers have been shut down forever, and you need people in order to make new friends! Come and chat with no one, wow!



    Comments are appreciated to know if there's something wrong either with me or with MSN

    I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this.     I've never used the chat rooms in MSN.

    It's a messenger for people I know -- period.

      That's what happens when I pay attention to Poly users

      But it has nice colors that match with both my eyes and my desktop

          You can even change the colors in MSN 6.1.

              you use outlook express? well, i suppose if you must.

              spring for trillian or gaim. lets you talk cross-platform.

                    Asher, per the other thread in which I remarked my utter hatred for how Microsoft butchered Messenger's look: I found 5.0 and downgraded to it. It uses up a lot less resources as well

                          Why would I want to chat with commoners, I have plenty of friends registered.

                          chatrooms are for democracy games and 14 year old girls (and the 45 year old fat guys that prey on them)

                            Personally, I like the new messenger. I don't want to chat with random people, only my friends, and it does that fine. It also pops up notifications when I have email. And it looks nice.

                              The new MSN 6.1 allows you to remove the window border if you want, too:
