Yes, it is disrespectful to wear the flag of the United States of America on/as apparel; the same as if one were to drag it across the ground.

My concern was more about the looks of the people wearing the flag. In this site, it is by far the worst pic IMHO. Also, the USAUSAUSA pic of Britney that Ted Striker cherishes so much is really subcar compared to many other pics of Britney.
