  • Help with XP and boot disk

    I want to run some oldies, but i need a boot disk or something () that has these charecteristics:

    DOS floppy
    with CD-ROM and mouse drivers
    installed on the floppy





    And i am non to sure if i have a floppy, so i can i do this without one?

    You can also use a boot CDROM.

      i don't like the 'at your own risk' thing though


      do i just run the .exe with a floppy in?

                    As this is a XP help thread, anyone know how to catch a BSOD in XP? It just scrolls up my screen and it gone, so I dont know what the problem is. Im thinking its my mouse, but I want to read what its got to say.

                      right-click my computer, select properties.

                      go to the advanced tab, and then select the startup and recovery button.

                      uncheck "restart automatically".
