I do. The first I already explaimed. Gun manufactorers don't tell people how to destroy others, no tactics is given, no strategy. Just plain and simple manuals how to operate the gun. Gun is not information to hurt.
Situation would be different if they had manual how to kill the annoying neighbour or mother in law you allways hated (and get how to get away with it). They don't encourage people to kill other people, or wound or even scare them.

I wouldn't ban High Times, but the ones who are serious about keeping drugs illegal, and if they see High Times as something that directly encourages crime, why not. But that is not what I was even taling about.
