Huh? They are still making albums and touring.

Boiling this down to exactly 10 is pretty difficult. In no particular order...

        1. Gang Of Four -- Entertainment
        2. Led Zeppelin -- Led Zeppelin IV
        3. Beatles -- Abbey Road
        4. Talking Heads -- Talking Heads 77
        5. The Clash -- Give 'Em Enough Rope
        6. The Cure -- Boys Don't Cry
        7. Dire Straits -- Brothers In Arms
        8. Blue Oyster Cult -- Secret Treaties
        9. Tom Petty -- Full Moon Fever
        10. The Who -- Who's Next
        Apolyton's Grim Reaper 2008, 2010 & 2011
RIP lest we forget... SG (2) and LaFayette -- Civ2 Succession Games Brothers-in-Arms

          Since when?
They had stopped for at least 2 years IIRC.

If I can't have those, I'll take these...

The -Jrabbit "Nearly On" List -- Honorable Mention

My top 10 list was colored by the thought, "if you can only have 10 albums." But I love the following stuff, too...

            --Deep Purple -- Machine Head
            --Television -- Marquee Moon
            --Nirvana -- Nevermind
            --The B-52s -- The B-52s
--Crosby Stills & Nash -- Crosby Stills & Nash
            --GNR -- Appetite for Destruction
            --Eagles -- Hotel California
            --Patti Smith -- Horses
--Ramones -- End of the Century
--Supertramp -- Crime of the Century
            --Live -- Throwing Copper
            --Melissa Etheridge -- Melissa Etheridge
            --Alice Cooper -- School's Out
--various other albums by groups in my top 10

(sad that I couldn't even keep my honorable mention list down to 10. But that's why these polls are so contentious. There's a lot of good music out there...)

They did have a tough couple of years with no drummer or record deal but they are playing at The Fez Club in Reading on November 21st. Their new album High Anxiety came out in May.

They've got the whole of the first song on there. I like it.

Loose, Stories, Bowels of Love my favorite tracks from that one. The cover of Diane was also good.

Yeah, Stories is my favourite I think.

Can I cast a vote for Back in the DHSS?
I'm too lazy to think of another nine though.
