My Java teacher is pretty much learning Java with us. Last year, the AP class was taught in C++, so a lot of the concepts are the same while a lot of the syntax/keywords/etc. is different. So, what happens is those of us who took the class last year, help the ones that didn't and work out the differences between the two languages with our teacher. She either writes the programs with us or takes the first one finished to use as a key.

My favorite part is where he talks about how the monitor switches are on the back of the monitor. What was up with that sh!t?

i hate to say this about teachers, but i've noticed that in some particular subjects, it really is all to often a situation of those who can, do, and those who can't, teach.

particularly in music, computers/technology, general science...

Then what would you say about this other teacher we have had:

(In short): He has been teaching IT for at least 10 years, though I've yet to find someone who have actually learned something from this guy. He barely knows how the mouse works. He doesn't know the difference between the minimize button and the close button... and he has been fired from several schools, for not knowing the basics about computers...

Oh, and he hates people who know more than him. Even the smartest people doesn't get high grades...
This space is empty... or is it?

                            I never use the Ctrl+s shortcut either, only Ctrl+x, c, v, Alt+F4, Alt+TAB and in IE F5, Ctrl+F5 and Ctrl+N on macs. And Shift+E in PSP.
