For that however you get:

Zucchini Casserole (my favorite side dish)

6-8 zucchini sliced
1 onion diced
1 cup grated carrots
2 cubes butter
2 cups sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1-2 cups stuffing cubes (not stove-top, flavorless bread cubes, toasted)

Saute onions and carrots in butter. SLIGHTLY cook the zucchini in boiling water, drain. Mix all ingredients. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes, covered and uncovered for last 15 minutes more.

Anyway, it is Loser, so:

French Onion Soup (Wive's Recipe)

1/4 cup butter
3 large onions (white is fine, but yellow is better)
1 quart Chicken Broth (I generally add 1-2 bouillon cubes to it too)
2 bay leaves
1 tsp basil
1 tsp thyme
2 cloves garlic, chopped (I generally go with 4 cloves)
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp tarragon
1 Baguette, sliced
2 cups pamesiano ragianno, grated
2 cups gruyere, grated (not many recipes call for gruyere and I think it is the secret)

Saute onions, bay leaves, spices, and garlic in Dutch Oven with butter until onions are golden brown (not translusent)... Add broth and simmer, covered for 1 hour.

Ladle soup into oven safe bowls (preferably curssets) layer with bread and cover 50:50 with gruyere and pamesiano... Broil until cheese is golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes. Serve.

Last night we made fresh pasta primavera. Linguine with tomatoes, asparagus, onions, red and yellow peppers, zuccini and squash. Consumed with french bread and a few bottles of red wine. Mmm.
