          I read the Grauniad every day and so do most thinking people. You have to actually be able to read English prose to understand it, so that excludes the majority of Britons.

              I don't think Blair will fall over that. However, if his left-wing opponents harass him enough with this, he might lose all credibility for next election (hence falling in 3 years).

                This enquiry is basically a three-ring circus where the government bares its knickers in an effort to distract the media and the public from the real issues, that is, the non-existence of the WMDs, and the impotence of any that actually do exist.
