That doesn't seem a blueprint to a new and improved society to me it sounds like "out of sight out of mind", you are not going to improve societies ills by shoe horning people in to "perfect" little pods.

Children are not innocent as you seem to make out. Sure their parents have a part to play, but no way are all children innocent.

If you did that people would revolt and you would have an even bigger mess on your hands.

Unlike adults, Children do not feel guilt nor try to hide their evil thoughts. Children have generally more killing wishes than adults, they are more anarchistic, and they rely more on strength to have their views pass.

There's a reason why Children were ordered to do the worst cruelties of the Liberia war. Adults were less eager to do those

I like this idea. I fully assume, of course, that this all will be run just so that a select group of adults (the "administrators") will have a supple hoard of children available for their feasting.
