It was a US operation. And that is the answer to your conundrum. If the UN can get the US to bring the heavies and the commitment and such, than they have can succeed. Otherwise, everyone knows that they are peacenik tea-drinkers. -

And I agree that the world or even Europe could get a lot done if they would just belly up to the plate. Look at the Balkans. How come we had to do that?Comment
