As of yet, there is no proof they have any kind of computer sabatauge capability. And that is what this was. As there was no physical sabatauge discovered yet.
It is more likely this was a hacker in the U.S. that did this.Comment

I think it was more likely somebody screwed up doing their job. And it has already been noted that the alarms didn't go off when those power lines went down. So combine human and mechanical error and you have your answer.Comment
