      Does this have anything to do with something that restarts your computer? I've gotten that three times today.

        I have it.

        MSBlast/W32Blaster... whatever you want it to call it.

        It won't let me update. It stops me every time.

        I performed the Symantec removal process for this specific worm. It said it worked. I doublechecked. It said the worm was gone.

        But it lives on. And my computer is once again 10 seconds from restarting.

        HELP ME!

            oh, reinstall windows...that will help. Atleast, that's what our tech support did...reinstalled on every computer...

                          Asher.. how do I use windows update? I only just switched back to XP, which is temporary until mandy 9.2 comes along, but still... best of a bad situ, how do I update my system?

                            Easy, just go to the list of programs in the start menu, and way at the top will be a link for windows update. Just need to be connected to the internet.
