It won't let me update. It stops me every time.
I performed the Symantec removal process for this specific worm. It said it worked. I doublechecked. It said the worm was gone.
But it lives on. And my computer is once again 10 seconds from restarting.

Easy, just go to the list of programs in the start menu, and way at the top will be a link for windows update. Just need to be connected to the internet.Comment
