Kobe caused physical physical trauma in the vaginal area of alleged victim!

Hey guys. I have a novel approach we should try for this case.
WAIT UNTIL THE ****ING TRIAL IS OVER BEFORE WE PRONOUNCE HIM GUILTY.
Note, I generally have been specifying that he's "probably guilty" or "guilty if the all the news reports are correct." If I were selected to be on the jury judging Kobe, I would refrain from coming to a definate conclusion until after seeing all the facts. In particular, I would want to confirm that the evidence reported was correct and that the details definately are incriminating. I.E. the red marks on the Victim's face and neck were definately caused by scratches from fingers and not "love marks." (I doubt the "love mark" explanation would actually be the case since such marks would be alot less noticible to the witness.)
…and ascertain whether the marks could have been self-inflicted…
After all, there is sure to be a pile of money involved in the civil case, regardless of the outcome of the criminal case. Or does somebody here actually think there won't be a civil case?
Who cares about the case the real question is who is going to be the PLAYMAKER on the Lakers. Shaq is the playmaker in the paint but we need some outside, drive and slash scoring. Gary Payton runs the floor but would be better off with a strong shooting guard to back him up in the backcourt.
Kobe was good at penetration on and off the court now we need someone who can pick up the slack!
