Well in my honest opinion, Bush has been one of the most honest politicans the US has had in a long time. Sure he might exaggerate once in a while... who doesn't? Everybody here does often.
For there is [another] kind of violence, slower but just as deadly, destructive as the shot or the bomb in the night. This is the violence of institutions -- indifference, inaction, and decay. This is the violence that afflicts the poor, that poisons relations between men because their skin has different colors. - Bobby Kennedy (Mindless Menance of Violence)

Good point, GePap. A little less partisanship would be highly appreciated all around. Even though I am a conservative, I go out of my way to praise Clinton as being a good president on the whole. It looks like Clinton can also rise above petty partisanship as well and simply address the issues surrounding WMD fairly.

I don't know what Hilary has to say about the State of the Uniion speech controversy. But she delivered one of the most eloquent speeches in support of the resolution authorizing war against Iraq that I heard. I was very impressed. I think she could be a good president, and may be the best candidate the Democrats could field in '04 (even though I also believe she is excessively ruthless in the mold of Richard Nixon.)

Strange...the GOP criticises Clinton whenever he opens his mouth, now he's "The Enlightened One".
