Remember that time about four years ago when Dubya was just Governor Bush and the press asked him to name some world leaders and he did less-than-well in that? That doesn't really have much to do with this thread, but I thought it would be nice to see how many world leaders Polyers can just name off the cuff. No peeking, just off the top of your head. Title, first name and last name. If you can only remember, for instance, the last name, then replace others with ?. If there are two important leaders, like in France (PM and President) or if you can name both the king and the PM of a monarchy that has both, you can do so. And do the whole list in spoiler-space, so people don't get any undue influences.
