IMHO there is little point trying to carry on without motivation. Set your alarm to about 8, and then work on it until it's finished, then maybe catch some more sleep, or a coffee. PS. Get of 'Poly! First thing to do. Disconnect the internet physically if you have to. You will waste time here. Get off and either work or sleep. Tell us how it goes after you've done it.

If it isn´t too much work you should sleep for a while even if it´s just 1-2 hours.
Did help me a lot at Homeworks for Programming Courses.
I always started to program the homeworks last minute, but then I kept for hours doing it, slept maybe 1-2 hours and afterwards used the last 5 hours remaining to write (and debug) the last lines of code.
The 1-2 hours of sleep did a lot to gain power for the last hours of work.
