Truman sounds very human, just like myself and everyone else in this thread. I was moved upon reading how he would only cry in private at the White House after his mother's death, and wouldn't do so publicly.

This also stands out, because it's true: "I've found very, very few who remember their past condition when prosperity comes."

Actually, I haven't seen the mods around for quite a while, so that might explain that. The didn't warn people about insulting close relatives, too.
